What is sucralose ?


Sucralose is a common artificial food sweetener, but it does not contain any nutrients on its own, sucralose is a molecule of sucralose trichloride, a chemically modified form of sucrose

Sucralose is easily soluble in water, methanol and ethanol, and slightly soluble in ether. The pH of 10% aqueous solution is 5~8. Sucralose is very stable, unaffected by light and heat, and not affected by various pH conditions.
