Undecenoyl phenylalanine is a melanin-stimulating hormone (α-MSH) receptor antagonist.
Undecylenoyl phenylalanine can be used for the chemical reaction of pueraria in the stage of melanin production caused by MSH, intercept the signal of melanin production, and effectively inhibit the activity of tyrosinase, thereby reducing the formation of melanin.
