What is yeast extract?
Food grade yeast extract is a product obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis (separable extraction) under the combined action of yeast's own enzymes or food-grade enzymes. It is rich in amino acids, polypeptides and polypeptides. Soluble components in yeast cells.
Yeast is rich in delicious precursor substances such as nucleic acid (which can be effectively degraded into guanylic acid and inosinic acid) and protein (which can be effectively degraded into flavored polypeptides and amino acids).
