Reishi mushroom spore powder is also called Ganoderma lucidum spore powder. It is the germ cell released by Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body during its mature stage.

 

It is generally 5-8μm in diameter and is a functional particle obtained after modern wall-breaking technology (low-temperature ultrafine grinding or enzymatic hydrolysis). The release rate of active ingredients is 3-5 times higher than that of unbroken spores, which can increase the absorption rate.
