Pure cinnamon extract is extracted from the inner bark of cassia and cassia bark using supercritical CO₂ extraction to obtain high quality extracts. The bark undergoes a 72-hour enzymatic hydrolysis process to maximize the yield of bioactive compounds.

 

1. Main active ingredients:

Its characteristic is that the polyphenol content is 12-18% (HPLC quantitative), including:

(1) Cinnamic acid derivatives (38-42%):
