What is Nicotinamide Riboside Powder?
Nicotinamide riboside powder (NR), a derivative of vitamin B3, is a precursor substrate of NAD+ that can increase NAD+ levels when ingested. It is a white or light yellow crystalline powder, odorless and bitter in taste.
