Tranexamic acid belongs to the class of fibrinolysis inhibitors and has pharmacological effects such as hemostasis and anti-inflammatory. By reversibly blocking the lysine binding site on the plasminogen molecule, the plasminogen cannot be converted into plasmin, thereby effectively inhibiting fibrinolysis and producing hemostasis.

 

Tranexamic acid can also inhibit the catalytic effect of protease on the hydrolysis of peptide bonds, thereby preventing the activity of enzymes such as proteases, thereby inhibiting the dysfunction of dark spot epidermal cells, inhibiting the melanin enhancing factor group, and then completely cut off due to ultraviolet radiation.
