Natamycin Powder

 

Natamycin powder is a natural antifungal agent produced by Streptomyces natalensis and belongs to the polyene macrolide class of compounds.

 

It inhibits fungal growth by destroying the sterol structure of fungal cell membranes (such as ergosterol), but is harmless to bacteria and human cells, so it is widely used in food, medicine and agriculture.
