(1) Molecular docking inhibition
Binds to Cu²⁺ in the active center of tyrosinase and blocks the production of dopaquinone (IC50=33.2 μM). Its inhibitory efficiency is 1.8 times that of arbutin.

 

(2) Epigenetic regulation: down-regulate MITF gene expression and reduce the synthesis of melanosome transporter Rab27a.
